I am Beth Dubree, I'm 47 years old with 27 years of service with at&t.  I grew up in Daleville, Indiana and I was raised in a CWA household.  My Dad was a CWA Local 4900 member and retired from Lucent Technologies in Anderson after a long career with Indiana Bell and at&t in Muncie.

 

I have two step-sons, Dave and Dustin and a nephew Derek that I helped to raise to be responsible young men.

 

I am the proud Mamaw of 8 grandchildren and a Great-Mamaw to one.

 

Despite all my experience I am only 47 years old and plan to serve you for another 10 to 15 years. 

 

I began my career with Indiana Bell in 1987 as a service order typist and as a term employee.  When my term employment was complete I was offered a full time position as a long distance operator.

 

After the operator service, I became a Service Representative in the Consumer department in Greenwood, Indiana.  I remained a service representative but moved to Small Business Service, then Industry Markets, BCS, and finally in Winback.

 

I moved to New Albany, Indiana where I became a Design Specialist.  The company declared my position there surplus and I was offered a job back in Indianapolis as a Design Specialist.

 

I moved back to Indianapolis and Local 4900 and this is the position I currently hold with the company.

 

My career has been very diversified, serving you in many roles.  This experience will provide me the wisdom to understand the unique challenges that each of our members face on a daily basis.
